Dr. Sonia Austrian is a Clinical Associate Professor of Public Health and Clinical Associate Professor of Public Health in Psychiatry. She is the former Director of the Employee Assistance Program Consortium, a free, confidential, counseling service for the employees of WMC, NYPH, MSKCC, HSS and RU.

Dr. Austrian is a Fellow of the New York Academy of Medicine and has authored several books and articles on social work practice.
