The NEVPC registration fee is $40.00 which covers the meeting, handout materials and some refreshments. Saturday dinner will be sponsored by Biogen Idec.

Slide sets are also included for presenters. The registration form should be submitted with case materials by mail and must be received by August 22, 2008. A certificate of attendance will be distributed to all attendees.
