An Institutional Biosafety Committee (IBC) Education Program was presented on Tuesday, September 27, 2005 at Weill Medical College of Cornell in Uris Auditorium by The National Institutes of Health (NIH) – Office of Biotechnology Activities (OBA)

The half-day seminar and lunch was hosted by the Research Integrity Division of the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs With support from Erik Talley, Director, Environmental Health and Safety and was open to the public and teleconferenced to The Methodist Hospital in Houston
