Conflicts of Interest and Commitment Policy and Instructions for Annual Disclosure Booklet
This booklet contains:
- the Conflicts Policy for the Joan and Sanford I. Weill Medical College and Graduate School of Medical Sciences of Cornell University, which states, in part, that "Full disclosure of the circumstances surrounding a real or potential conflict should be made prior to making the commitment or initiating the activity which poses the possible conflict." In other words, report any current or prior commitments and if there are any changes or amendments, please report them as they occur.
- a summary of applicable Federal Regulations relating to conflict of interest in research supported by the Public Health Service (including NIH and NSF)
- instructions for the annual disclosure survey
