Dr. Altemus' expertise in the Anxiety and Mood Disorder Practice includes panic disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, and premenstrual syndrome and mood disorders related to pregnancy and menopause.
Aside from private practice, Dr. Altemus is currently conducting research in endocrinology, the regulation of stress responses, stress and immune function, and women's health.
