Alpi, Kristine M.

Ms. Alpi earned both her bachelor's degree in Spanish and her master's degree in library science from Indiana University. She received an M.P.H. specializing in Community Health Education from Hunter College of the City University of New York. Ms. Alpi also completed an Associate Fellowship at the National Library of Medicine.
Ms. Alpi is Associate Library Director of the Samuel J. Wood Library and Lecturer in Public Health at the Weill Medical College of Cornell University. She was previously Library Manager of the Public Health Library in the Bureau of Public Health Training at the New York City Department of Health & Mental Hygiene.
Ms. Alpi's research interests include health workforce training and the relationship of health literacy and cultural competency to health information access and health outcomes.
