Ms. Alpi is Associate Library Director and Lecturer in Public Health at the Weill Medical College of Cornell University. She was previously Library Manager of the Public Health Library in the Bureau of Public Health Training at the New York City Department of Health & Mental Hygiene.

Ms. Alpi's research interests include training of the health workforce and the relationship of health literacy and cultural competency to health information access.
