Biography
Dr. Voss was educated in physics at the Universities of Hamburg and Potsdam (Germany). In 1998, he obtained a PhD in physics at the University of Potsdam. He was a visiting scientist at the Georgia Institute of Technology (GA) and the University of Surrey (UK) in 1999, and from 2000 to 2003 he was Assistant Professor at the University of Freiburg (Germany). Since end of 2003 he has been at the Citigroup Biomedical Imaging Center. He focuses on developing functional MRI techniques and their application in clinical and preclinical studies of speech disorders and brain injury. He is generally interested in the exploration of neuronal function and connectivity using advanced MRI techniques.
