PART
I: DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
Introduction:
Weill
Medical College (WMC) has established the Clinical Research Methodology
Core Facility. Located in the Department
of Public Health, the facility contains the requisite expertise
and methodological skills for clinical research.
Research
methodology comprises a broad collection of skills that are utilized
to identify research questions, construct hypotheses, design investigative
studies and data collection strategies, conduct statistical analyses
of data, and interpret findings. The Clinical Research Methodology
Core provides requested consultative services to all investigators
at WMC and the Graduate School of Medical Sciences in the following
areas of expertise:

Services
are available to all faculty, post-graduate students or fellows, graduate
students, medical students or allied health professionals engaged
in research at the Weill Medical College and the Graduate School of
Medical Sciences.
Location:
The
Core is located in the Department of Public Health at Kips Bay,
411 East 69th Street.

II: FEES FOR SERVICE
The
initial consultation session is free of charge. Thereafter, the
basic rate is $150 per hour.

Please
complete the form and return by fax (746-8544) or inter-office mail
(box 73) to Clarissa Crabtree (phone: 746-1250). Ms. Crabtree will
contact you to arrange the initial consultation appointment.
Your
consultant will assess the scope, time estimate to completion, and
approximate number of hours required. Financial arrangements will
be established and a letter of agreement will be signed by you and
the department administration.
Billing
will be generated at the completion of the project and an itemized
invoice will be provided.
