Israel Soto has joined the Department as the Grants Administrator for the Divisions of Outcomes and Effectiveness Research and Prevention and Health Behavior. Mr. Soto comes to Weill Cornell Medical College from The University of Chicago's Biological Sciences Division. He held positions in the Department's of Neurobiology, Medicine and Human Genetics as a Faculty Service Representative, a Financial Administrator, and a Pre- and Post-Award Administrator. Previously, he was a Patient Access Supervisor at Rush University Medical Center, and a Patient Representative for Health Management Systems (a private/state partnership that recovers funds for contracted hospitals). He holds a BA degree in Organizational Management and Communication from Loyola University in Chicago.
