One of the top missions of the Office of Postdoctoral Affairs (OPA) is to enhance the training experience of WMC postdocs and assist them in gaining the full range of skills needed to launch successful research careers. From providing opportunities for postdocs to teach and write grants, to encouraging annual progress report meetings between postdocs and their faculty mentors, the OPA is dedicated to helping postdocs make the most of this invaluable period of postdoctoral training.
