Advisory: Firefox 3.0 Mozilla Firefox 3.0 is scheduled for ITS qualification sometime after August 15th, 2008.   Windows Wireless Network Client Change As of July 26th, Windows 2000 and XP laptops still using the Odyssey client are no longer able to connect to WMC Secure Wireless.   COMPLETED: Emergency Downtime for ITS Phone Queues, 6/27 ITS conducted an emergency reboot of the Contact Center Manager system, which provides phone queue service, on the evening of June 27th.   Microsoft Office 2008 Now Available For WCMC Users Microsoft Office 2008 for Mac is now available for download through the Microsoft Campus Agreement.   COMPLETED: Email System Downtime 6/19 at 10:00pm ITS performed maintenance on the email system on June 19th from 10pm to 12am.   RESOLVED: Disruption to WCMC Email Service, 6/18 ITS experienced a disruption to university email services the afternoon of 6/18.
