Account Services

ITS provides and manages several institution-wide resources for use by WCMC employees. A single user account and password is required for each of these services. All account requests must be approved by the department administrator.

Email and WebVPN are charged at $100 each. Calendar access can be provided, by request, to users whose CWIDs are associated with an ITS supported tag or those who have an email account. There is no charge for CWIDs.

Please refer to the table below to view the annual charges and the services for which you are eligible. To receive access to any of these services, please have your department administrator complete and submit the ITS Account Request form on http://www.med.cornell.edu/its/forms/.

For non-WCMC (NYP, MSKCC, HSS, and Rockefeller) users, please contact your respective helpdesk for VPN access. NYP users can be granted WCMC Windows Domain accounts to enable them to log onto WCMC applications (e.g. EpicCare) once they have completed the appropriate training.
