RESOLVED: Service Disruptions to ITS Fax & Phone System Services

This weekend Con Edison will be performing maintenance on an area of Manhattan that houses one of our of data centers. This maintenance will affect users of the ITS fax service and phone service at 575 Lexington Avenue.

START: Saturday, May 10th, 5:00 AM
FINISH: Saturday, May 10th, 10:00 PM

During this time all incoming fax services will be suspended. Outgoing faxes will be available to non-Xerox multifunction devices.

In addition, ITS is performing maintenance on the phone system this weekend.

START: Friday, May 9th, 10:00 PM
FINISH: Saturday, May 10th, 5:00 AM

There will be intermittent phone service outages during this time. The practices that use a night service will have their calls forwarded to the service.
