To correct issues with reporting functionality with our phone queue service, ITS has scheduled an emergency reboot of the Contact Center Manager system. The downtime is scheduled for:

Begin: Friday, June 27 2008 7:00 PM
End: Friday, June 27 2008 7:00 PM

During the downtime, users will not be able to log into their phone queues or the Contact Center Manager. Regular operations of the ITS phone system will not be affected.
