About Us
Welcome to the new online support hub for the Institute for Clinical Research (ICR) at Weill Cornell Medical College. Developed in response to the Clinical Research Task Force, the ICR addresses the necessity of an integrated, comprehensive research support system that includes education, training and mentoring for clinical research investigators, coordinators and staff.
Our mission is to support, advance, and promote clinical and translational research enterprises at WCMC. As part of Research and Sponsored Programs (RASP), the ICR streamlines the clinical research process and offers a wide range of services, resources, training, and tools to help with:
- Clinical Trial Contract and Grant negotiation
- Billing compliance
The Clinical Trial Contracts and Grants Specialists assist in the development, negotiation and completion of the contract process for all clinical trials. Our Financial Analysts, provide guidance for Budgeting and Billing Compliance for all clinical research. While providing an infrastructure for established investigators, the ICR is an abetment for young investigators working independently or in conjunction with the establishment of the K30 Grant. We promote an atmosphere that fosters translational research opportunities and collaboration between basic and clinical scientists.
