465 Main Street – "A Manhattan Suburb In Mahattan"

Southtown at Roosevelt Island, WMC's newest residences, are luxury full-service buildings. 465 Main Street, opened in November 2003 and the newest facility at 455 Main Street, opened in January 2006. Southtown's residences are architecturally significant sixteen-story doorman style buildings, set in a stunning waterfront location.
