The Housing Office employs over thirty full-time and part-time staff members. Personnel from the Maintenance & Engineering Department also serve the on-campus Housing buildings by responding to maintenance requests, providing general custodial services and maintaining all building maintenance systems (heat, air conditioning, etc.). WMC's Southtown residence operates as a fully independent enterprise within the Housing Department. To assist you in identifying the appropriate referral resources, brief descriptions of some of the Housing Office staff positions are listed below.

Assistant Director Operations John Bacile Supervision of all operations functions in on-campus Housing buildings, including Lobby Service Staff, key and access control. Assistant Director Academic Staff Housing Maureen Kelly Oversees Postdoc, faculty and staff Housing assignments. Southtown Resident Manager Carlos Ramirez Supervision of all operations functions in WCMC's Southtown Residence Lobby Services Coordinator Antoinette (Rosita) Knight Management of Desk and Door operations on evenings and weekends. Business Services Coordinator Sandra Gaunte Oversees the client database, coordinates student housing agreements and billing. Supports the Assistant Director Student Housing. Business Assistant Josephine Yang Coordinates academic staff housing agreements, billing and security deposits and supports the Assistant Director Academic Staff Housing. Administrative Assistant to the Director Felice Frazier Oversees guest room reservations and the central office service desk, maintains Department Web page and provides administrative support. In addition to the office staff, the Housing team includes the Lobby Service Staff and Housekeepers in our on-campus buildings. At Southtown, the Concierges, Porters, and Maintenance Mechanic provide all services.
