Use this page to check your training history and
determine when refresher training needs to be completed.


Lab Safety Training Records include the following EHS Instructor-led trainings which meets the requirements of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration Laboratory and Bloodborne Pathogens Standards:

  • Chemical Safety and Disposal
  • Bloodborne Pathogens
  • Student Laboratory Safety Training

Laboratory Safety Training must be completed annually by all personnel working in a laboratory. Note, this document is only available on the College's intranet site.  The report is sorted alphabetically by last name. To request a customized report (e.g. by department), contact EHS.

Clinical and General Safety Training Records include the following EHS Instructor-led training which meets the requirements of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration Bloodborne Pathogens and Hazard Communication Standards:

  • Clinical Safety Training
  • Bloodborne Pathogen Training
  • Student Clinical Safety Training
  • Hazard Communication for Chemicals Training

Clinical and General Safety Training must be completed annually by all staff and students who do not work in a lab but do come in direct contact with patients; handle clinical specimens; routinely work in a clinical environment; or handle biological (red bag) waste.
