Sharps Collection Request Form

Please use this form to request a sharps container collection. Sharps collections are normally made each Wednesday for the College. If there are too many requests to be collected on Wednesday, the overrage is collected on Thursday.

Collection requests must be received by 5:00 pm Tuesday in order to be collected on Wednesday. Requests received after this time will be added to the following week's schedule.

After clicking "Submit," a confirmation page will be seen with additional instructions. Additionally, an email will be sent to the originator with a unique tracking number. Refer to the tracking number when contacting Environmental Health and Safety about the collection.
