New York City Fire Department Certificate of Fitness for Supervising Chemical Laboratories (C-14) In New York City, whenever a laboratory is in operation, a C-14 holder must be present. This is a Fire Department of New York requirement. There are two options for certification as listed below along with some frequently asked questions.
