The Housing Office at Weill Medical College serves the housing needs of our community of students, postdoctoral trainees, faculty members, and their families. WMC Housing offers a wide range of building types, including dormitory style residential towers, affordable apartments in walk-up buildings, and nicely appointed properties overlooking the New York City waterfront. In November 2003, WMC opened our newest building, which has been built entirely to our specifications at Southtown on Roosevelt Island.

Weill Cornell Housing Department previews the new building, with detailed floor plans and construction progress photos. Information on other properties, programs, and policies is also included. This site provides useful tools for both current housing residents and those who may be considering applying for housing.
