The student/spouse contribution includes spouse income, if employed, a portion of assets, and savings from summer and full-time employment.

Parent Contribution
The parent contribution takes into consideration income and assets, taxes, age, dependents, number in college, retirement needs, and unusual medical expenses. The average income of families receiving Medical College aid in 2007-2008 is $97,753.
