Conferences
The following conferences are organized and attended by physicians in our Division. They are held on a regular basis throughout the year, and function as a media through which members of our Division can share knowledge and experiences in their expertise of clinical medicine and research.
Weekly Conferences:
- Mondays 1:00 PM: Critical Care Conference
- Tuesdays 7:30 AM: Journal Club
- Wednesdays 11:00 AM: Chief’s Rounds with Dr. Ronald Crystal
- Wednesdays 1:00 PM: Core Lecture Series in Pulmonary Medicine
- Wednesdays 4:00 PM: Tumor Board Conference
- Thursdays 11:00 AM: Department of Medicine Grand Rounds
- Thursdays 3:30 PM: Clinical Case Conference
Bimonthly/Quarterly Conferences:
- Joint Case Conferences for the pulmonary/critical care divisions at a number of hospitals in the New York-Presbyterian Health Network. Hosted by Dr. Ronald Crystal and Dr. Abraham Sanders.
- The William A. Briscoe New York Lung Club, where, for upwards of 35 years, pulmonary-critical care researchers from Metropolitan Area academic institutions and teaching hospitals meet to present and discuss new projects and data. Hosted by Dr. Thomas King.
