Alison Kenny, Administrator of Clinical and Educational Programs and Administrative Office Manager, began working with the Weill-Cornell Center for Complementary and Integrative Medicine and the Division of General Internal Medicine in 2000. She has been instrumental in the Center's clinical and educational program development and implementation in areas such as yoga, meditation and guided imagery, acupuncture, tai chi and massage under the direction of Dr. Mary Charlson. Ms. Kenny also researches programs related to complementary and integrative medicine to help build and implement programs. She has coordinated many special events such as public seminars, lectures, as well as CME accredited conferences and courses for physicians, residents and fellows in the area of complementary and integrative medicine. In her role as the administrative office manager, Ms. Kenny oversees members of the program staff to ensure that the Center's goals are accomplished.

Ms. Kenny developed an interest in complementary modalities at a very early age and learned the importance of utilizing these skills in her own daily life. She is thrilled that she can apply her personal interest in complementary medicine with the Center's work.

Ms. Kenny received a bachelor of fine arts degree in music theater from the renowned Hartt School of Music Conservatory in West Hartford, Connecticut.
